We have lived in Portland, Oregon since 1993 and fell in love with the Willamette Valley over 20 years ago. In 2005, we purchased a 120 acre cattle ranch with dreams of turning it into a vineyard. Our daughter, Hannah, came along in 1998 and now she enjoys the property with us. We have spent many months clearing land, repairing barns, tending animals, hiking, picking berries, mowing, and finally, enjoying the fruits of our labor. Now we enjoy walking through the rows of mature grapes at the end of a hard work day with a delicious glass of Oregon Pinot Noir in our hands.
Joe has worked in the waste industry for over 30 years and specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Julie is an artist who shows her mixed media paintings at coffee shops, wine bars, and wineries in the Portland area and the Willamette Valley. Hannah moved to NYC for college and fell in love with the city, where she lives today. Our dog, Lula, probably enjoys the ranch and vineyard most of all!
